Who We Are
Focus: HOPE's Court Ordered Community Service department works with the court systems to ensure that volunteers that require to report court mandated hours are accurate and successfully complete. Each volunteer that is required to report their hours to court must first attend a mandatory community service orientation, which is ONLY offered on Friday's at 10:30am at the Central Warehouse. Volunteers are strongly encouraged to bring picture ID and any paperwork provided by the court stating their hours needed to complete; the contact person; and any other relevant information.
What We Do
Some assignments volunteers will be given (but not limited to):
Food Program support
- Preparing and packing food boxes for homebound senior citizens
- Delivering prepackaged meals to homebound senior citizens
- Assist with the maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Assist seniors with shopping in the food center
- Special event support
