 March 4 HOPE

"Taking Steps Toward Equitable Education"

Recognizing the Problem

As we enter the COVID endemic, expectation of work-life balance—especially among youth—is making it harder for employers to attract and keep talent. Even high fuel prices and record inflation seem to have little impact on employment numbers as job candidates look for modernized employment conditions including equity- and accessibility-informed hiring requirements, flexibility at work, a culture of social justice, and better compensation.

This year Focus: HOPE and it's community partners want to take steps toward pulling others forward through Equitable Education and awareness.  Join us on Sunday October 9th to learn more about our Education and Training Opportunities,  take advantage of resources and networking opportunities while engaging with community members and friends. This family friendly, outdoors activity will get you excited about connecting to need ideas and work toward growth and development for all.  Don't forget to bring your walking shoes... the culmination of the event with be 1.2 mile walk in the neighborhood in support of Equity, workforce development and the advancement of all... see you then!

Registration is free, but you can also provide a donation at bit.ly/M4H22
