On-site Check-in Team duties will include: 

  • Greeters

    • Direct volunteers where to go once inside the building 
    • Volunteers by sharing check in information 

  • Check-in Team

    • Assist volunteers with selecting delivery locations.
    • Hand out additional information to aid with a smooth process 

Attire: Wear layers to accommodate the outdoor/indoor work conditions

Check-in Process: Upon arrival, check in at the Volunteer Check-in Desk then you will be escorted to team lead for further instructions regarding your assignment. 

 


Each year prior to the holidays, volunteers donate food and other gift items for Focus: HOPE’s Senior Holiday Program. Volunteers will then deliver these packages to over 1,400 low-income seniors.
