Food Kit Building and Distribution
Join us in partnership with Higher Hopes as we provide Labor Day BBQ Food Kits to 250 pre-selected families at Focus HOPE’s Early Learning Center!
Volunteers will work together to build the food kits, and then load them into the vehicles of 250 pre-selected families in an assembly line fashion. The event takes place in the parking lot of Focus: HOPE's Early Learning Center. The food kit will include 15lbs of pork butt, Famous Dave’s Rib Rub, award-winning Rich & Sassy BBQ Sauce, along with fresh corn on the cob, baked beans, coleslaw, Jiffy cornbread mix, and fruit!
